Mouth Watering Egg-less Mawa Cake with Milk Powder

All time favourite Indian dessert Eggless Mawa Cake. The speciality here is that it is not made with market available Mawa and I have used milk powder for instant Mawa. This cake is flavored with cardamom and has nuts on top. It is lightly sweetened and makes the perfect tea time cake, which is typically found in the parsi hotels.It is generally served as a snack with evening tea.

It is very filling with mild sweetness and makes a perfect combo with cup of tea or coffee. This cake doesn’t have it’s origin from India, it was brought to India by immigrants and has been popular ever since.
